When you contact me at Willis@YourTravelArranger.com or by phone to 480-695-2585, I’ll need to look over your proposed dates of travel (outbound and date to return,) the departure and arrival cities with alternates if possible and estimated number of travellers.  Eventually, for ticketing, we will need names as on valid passport (must have at least six months remaining on expiry from date of return flight) passport number and expiry date along with country of issue,  birthdate, any disabilities that would affect travel. We will find several suitable itineraries for you to chose from and work with you from there with alternatives if necessary. Sometimes one day change in a departure or return can amount to a difference of hundreds of dollars.
